1. The books and paintings that are not mounted temporarily cannot be folded and stacked randomly, or they will break from the fold after a long time of storage, or leave black creases at the fold, which will affect the beauty after mounting. If you want to enjoy it temporarily, you must not use thumbnails to nail on the wall or paste it on the wall, otherwise it will directly damage the paintings. The correct way to save the calligraphic film is to line a layer of thin rice paper or leather paper of equivalent breadth under the calligraphic film, roll the calligraphic film with the paper roll as the axis, pack it with white paper or plastic film, and put it in the picture box or bookcase

2. After the painting and calligraphy are mounted, they should be properly stored. The first thing to consider is moistureproof, moth proof, rat proof, mildew proof, stain proof, etc. Each piece of painting and calligraphy can be put into a plastic bag or cloth bag, or wrapped with white paper. When storing, it should be placed horizontally, not vertically, and it is not allowed to place heavy objects on the painting and calligraphy to make the painting and calligraphy under pressure. 3. The mounted pieces of calligraphy and painting should not be rolled too tight or too loose, nor rolled back. 4. Be careful when hanging and displaying calligraphy and painting. When hanging calligraphy and painting, hold the painting rope with one hand and hold the undeveloped part of the calligraphy and painting with the other, then slowly let go to hang the calligraphy and painting and take down the painting hairpin. When displaying calligraphy and painting, one person shall pull the painting rope, and the other person shall hold the axle head with both hands to unfold the calligraphy and painting. More attention should be paid to the exhibition of hand scrolls and album pages, because the mounting of hand scrolls and album pages is more complicated than that of other calligraphy and painting. The hand roll shall be placed on a flat desk or table during display, and attention shall be paid to that there shall be no water spots or dirt on the desk or table. The hand roll should not be extended too long when it is unfolded, and it should be rolled at the same time. It is better not to turn the pages with fingers when the album is unfolded. 6. Care should be taken to keep the damaged ancient paintings and calligraphy, and those that cannot be repaired at the moment should not be displayed at will to prevent them from being damaged again. If it is a broken painting, it is more important to prevent the loss of loose pieces, so as not to bring difficulties to the future repair. For both new and old paintings, as long as the original frame can be hung and the painting core is not damaged, you should not rush to remove the frame for repair, because once you remove the frame, the paper element of the painting and calligraphy will be damaged once.
